9210 Backup Problem
I've encountered the following problem two times: Synchnonisation (Contacts and Calendar)
still works but the Backup task says something like
'A problem occured while backing up because the backup record cannot be assessed.' or
Fehler beim Sichern von Zugriff auf Sicherungsprotokoll nicht möglich' at the end
of the 'Analyzing' phase. The following tip from the
allaboutER6 Forum by 'dayv' did work for me:
Close PC Suite
Open regedit and delete the Key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\nokia\nokiaconnect6\EPOCdevices
Restart PC Suite, enter the same device name as before. The tasks are preserved,
no need to recreate them.
